Franchisee Proposal

Becoming an Authorized Study Centre of NATIONAL BOARD OF TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT. Any individuals or organization can become an Authorized Study Centre of NBTD. The interested person / Organization have to apply the Franchisee application in online by Our Franchisee Application Form www.nbtdindia.in/franchise-affiliation.html

Required Documents of Head of the Institute

Fresh Scan Copy of Address Proof of Director
Fresh Scan Copy of PAN Card
Passport Size Photo
Scan Copy of Trade License. (Must be submit within 45 days )

Infrastructure Requirements

Minimum 400 Square Ft.Campus Area Required with 2 Classroom & 1 Office Room
Sitting Capecity need with 20 Student at a time.
Need 2 Lab Room and 1 Office room withg Separate Toilet for Ladies & Gents.
Minimum 7 Computer, 1 Printer & 1 Scanner Need for NBTD Study Centre.

Hardware Requirements

One Pentium server Nodes connected as per our Site Specification.
Necessary Hardware compatibility for Internet.
Printer (Dot Matrix / Inkjet / Laserjet)
UPS (500 VA) / Generator

Renewel For NBTD Authorisation

Renewal of authorization will be made FREE on the account of admission of at least 30 students/year. Otherwise the renewal of authorization fee worth Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) will be chargeable. Renewal Certificate will valid for 12 Months.

The organization reserves its right to make any additions or alteration in its terms and conditions/ renewal fee/Royalty fee without any prior notice. Any types of fee will not be refundable in any circumstances.

No liabilities regarding the staff salaries, taxes, computer's software & your official problems will be borne by office National Board of Technology Development, 2/189, Bridge Chowmuhani, Bishalgarh, Sepahijala Tripura

Expectation From the Authorised Study Centre

The Training Institute should be able to have a centre at a prime location of the city/town. The centre would have separate class rooms, Computer Lab and Reception / office room. The centre would have proper ventilation and proper lighting. The block and sub block level centres may not have the above infrastructure but should have generally clean surroundings.
The NBTD Training Institute shall abide by the agreement and conditions followed by all NBTD Authorised Study centres.
The Training Institute shall have to conduct courses as per the rules and syllabus laid down by NBTD.
The Training Institute shall deposit an advance non refundable affiliation fee as follows. This amount shall be deposited at the time of signing the affiliation agreement.
